A Sharper, Modern, and Digital Presence

The Opel Mokka can be summarized in three words: Modern, compact, and stylish. Opel‘s bestseller SUV has always possessed a striking character, and this year, the “Blitz Logo” brand has added even more appeal to the model.
Part of this enhanced appeal stems from its further sharpened design. Opel highlights the Mokka‘s visual strength with subtle touches: the newest Opel Blitz logo, a more modern interpretation of the LED signature in the front and rear light units, and black detailing running from the bonnet to the side design line.
The Mokka also stands out with new exterior colors. The Mokka-exclusive metallic colors “Kolibri Blue” and “Tropical Green,” along with the solid tone “Graphic Grey,” accentuate the eye-catching SUV’s impressive look.
However, the Mokka’s surprising impact extends far beyond its body design. The vehicle’s interior has also been renewed: The flat-bottomed and flat-topped steering wheel gives the vehicle a sporty character, bringing the Blitz logo and the Opel Vizor into the cabin while highlighting the Opel Compass design element found in the horizontal lines of the exterior.

The center console, which shimmers in matte silver, offers an even cleaner look than before. Designers and engineers integrated several settings previously controlled via physical buttons into the central digital infotainment system as touch controls. The cockpit design features enhancements that create a newer, more appealing, and luxurious feel. For instance, the remaining buttons for the electric parking brake and selectable driving modes were adopted from the upper-segment SUV, the Opel Grandland.
With its sharp exterior lines and clean, digital interior design philosophy, the Opel Mokka has clearly captured the hearts of auto motor und sport readers. For the 25th time, readers voted for their favorite designs online. A total of 14,000 readers voted this year, with 117 new products competing across 13 categories.
