Qualifying for the Great Place to Work® certification this year, just as it did last year, Karsan stood out with its people-centric approach and strong workplace culture, which is one of the world’s most respected corporate culture assessments.
The Great Place to Work® certification is awarded based on a comprehensive analysis of five core criteria: trust, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit. This certification is considered one of the most tangible indicators not only of being a good workplace but also of having a corporate culture where employees feel valued, motivated, and happy. The company received the Great Place to Work certification at a ceremony held in Bursa. Speaking at the ceremony, Karsan CEO Okan Baş received the certificate from the Great Place to Work representative and shared this significant achievement with all Karsan employees. The event also included the sharing of Karsan’s vision for sustainable corporate culture and new goals for increasing employee commitment. Karsan was first certified as a “Great Place to Work” in October 2024. The year 2025 has been a period where the company further advanced its achievements in this field.
