Stellantis Philanthropy Reaffirms Global Commitment to Community Education on International Education Day
Stellantis, one of the world’s leading mobility companies, reaffirmed its global commitment to education on International Education Day, celebrated on January 24th. To expand access to learning and support students across the globe, Stellantis Philanthropy is unifying its “Stellantis Motor Citizens” and “Stellantis Student Awards” programs under a single, holistic global umbrella. In collaboration with over 100 NGOs, the company is supporting 130+ STEM-focused community projects, aiming to reach over 2 million individuals by the end of 2026.
Investing in every facet of mobility, Stellantis continues to draw attention with its robust support for the educational sector. Over the past two years, the company has contributed to the co-development of more than 130 educational projects. By the end of 2026, these initiatives are expected to benefit over 2 million students, teachers, and community members worldwide.
Strengthening Community Bonds

This progress is driven by strategic partnerships with local, regional, and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Stellantis Philanthropy leverages the deep knowledge of these organizations to design programs that yield tangible results for students.
John Elkann, Chairman of Stellantis, emphasized the power of education:
“Education is one of the most powerful tools we have to support the communities where we operate. By acting together with our partners and employees, we are actively expanding learning opportunities for young people, specifically focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).”
Xavier Chéreau, Chief Human Resources & Transformation Officer, added:
“Unifying our activities under Stellantis Philanthropy strengthens our determination to move our communities forward. We are committed to helping students gain the skills and confidence they need to shape their own futures.”
