Delphi, a global provider of Original Equipment (OE) quality solutions for automotive brands, announced innovative service solutions. The company expanded its Security Gateway (SGW) compatibility to 20 OEM brands—covering over 2,200 models—through major software updates in May and November 2025, offering SGW access for KIA, Porsche, and Honda.

The company also introduced a new cloud platform called DS-CLOUD, which automatically stores and synchronizes diagnostic records. Furthermore, Delphi launched two new tablet-based diagnostic devices to offer workshops more flexibility in diagnostic management and expanded its training packages with newly structured modules at the Delphi Academy.

Juan Thomaz, Delphi EMEA Aftermarket Vice President, stated: “Thanks to advanced training tools, flexible hardware options, and a unified digital ecosystem, Delphi solutions are shaped by the real needs of modern workshops. We are creating a connected ecosystem that empowers technicians to lead the transition to cleaner, smarter mobility.”

Enhancements in Diagnostic Solutions and Platform

Delphi, operating under PHINIA with approximately employees across 44 locations in 20 countries, continues to increase its market influence through innovative applications in diagnostics, data access, and technician training.

Software Updates for Diagnostics

  • SGW Expansion: The first major software update, released in May 2025, activated Security Gateway (SGW) access for KIA, Porsche, and Honda, extending Delphi’s compatibility to 20 OEM brands. This functionality is accessible via the Delphi BlueTech VCI diagnostic tool.
  • November 2025 Release: The latest update further expanded Delphi’s coverage, including diagnostic support for 69 passenger and light commercial vehicle brands (corresponding to models) and 80 heavy-duty vehicle brands (corresponding to models). The BlueTech VCI is fully compatible with and systems.

DS-CLOUD: Centralized Digital Ecosystem

Delphi introduced the new cloud platform, DS-CLOUD, to automatically store and synchronize diagnostic records. Technicians can now access vehicle reports, service histories, and scan data from all connected devices, enhancing traceability and efficiency in service operations.

  • Free and Integrated: DS-CLOUD is offered free to all DS users and is fully integrated with DS-HUB, Delphi’s central digital ecosystem.
  • DS-HUB Access: Technicians can access the DS diagnostic software, Vehicle Technical Information (VTI) database, Delphi Academy training, and other essential service tools from a single entry point via DS-HUB.

New Tablet Solutions for Technicians

Delphi launched two new tablet-based diagnostic devices—the and the —to provide workshops with greater flexibility. These products are available with various kit options, allowing customers to scale hardware based on current and future needs without requiring a platform change.

Expanded Training for Future Mobility

The training packages within the Delphi Academy have been expanded with newly structured modules.

  • Curriculum Update: The updated curriculum now includes Electric Vehicles (EV), Hybrids, and Hydrogen systems, offering a learning path that progresses from Level 1 (awareness) to Level 4 (authorized to work on high-voltage systems).
  • Specialized Training: Specialty training now covers new powertrain types, such as Tesla-specific service procedures (TE1) and advanced hydrogen content covering internal combustion and fuel cell operating principles, currently available at the UK training center.

This focus on connected, intelligent, and flexible solutions aims to future-proof workshop operations and empower technicians in the evolving landscape of automotive technology.
