Stellantis, one of the world’s largest mobility companies, has announced a new leadership appointment for its Pro One business unit. Eric Laforge, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, has been appointed as the Head of Stellantis Pro One’s Global Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, effective January 1, 2026. In his new role, Laforge will report directly to Emanuele Cappellano, COO of Enlarged Europe and President of Stellantis Pro One.
Stellantis, which invests in all areas of mobility, has made a significant appointment within its Global Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Pro One. Eric Laforge will succeed Anne Abboud, who has decided to step down after a dedicated 10-year tenure at Stellantis and nearly 40 years in the automotive industry.
Eric Laforge began his automotive journey in 1990 with Fiat and has built a remarkably strong career over the past 35 years. A graduate of the École Supérieure de Gestion et Finance (ESGF) in Paris, Laforge held various key sales and executive positions in France and Italy before serving as the CEO of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in Switzerland and Germany.

In his new role, Laforge will lead the consolidation and growth of the Stellantis Pro One unit, which manages six iconic brands: Citroën, Fiat Professional, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, and Vauxhall.
