Leading European automotive clubs, including Germany’s ADAC, Austria’s ÖAMTC, and Switzerland’s TCS, tested a total of 18 tire models in the 225/40 R18 size category. The ADAC test team commented, “SportContact 7 is the tire with the shortest braking distance, making it an exceptionally safe and easily controllable option on wet surfaces.”
SportContact 7 also excelled in sustainability, receiving the highest rating in environmental balance performance. According to the ADAC assessment, the tire’s low wear and high efficiency contribute to minimal environmental impact, earning it a “good” rating in the category that accounts for 30% of the overall test score.
