Maserati, one of the world’s leading super sports car manufacturers, will showcase its next-generation product range—defined by versatility and elegance—at the Brussels Motor Show. During the event, the brand will also host the “Year of the Trident” celebrations, marking the 100th anniversary of the iconic Trident logo. In addition to the MCPURA Cielo, GranCabrio Folgore, and Grecale Folgore models, the special edition “Grecale Lumina Blu” will make its Benelux premiere.

2026 will be a landmark year for Maserati. Designated as the “Year of the Trident,” it marks exactly one century since the iconic emblem—inspired by the Fountain of Neptune in Bologna—first graced the front of a Maserati. This year also represents the 100th anniversary of the brand’s racing debut. In 1926, the Maserati Tipo 26 became the first car to carry the Trident on its hood, winning its class at the legendary Targa Florio.

To kick off this historic milestone, Maserati will occupy a grand space in Hall 11 at the Brussels Motor Show, showcasing the sheer versatility of its current product family.

MCPURA Cielo: The Art of “Open-Air” Performance

The new Maserati MCPURA Cielo takes the stage in Brussels with a refreshed exterior, high-quality materials, and a refined interior. At its heart lies the powerful Nettuno V6 engine, the symbol of Maserati’s racing passion.

The 3.0-liter twin-turbo engine delivers 630 HP at 7,500 rpm and 720 Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm. Its secret is the Formula 1-derived twin-spark pre-chamber combustion technology. The exhibit features the MCPURA Cielo in its AI Aqua Rainbow launch color from the Fuoriserie collection, highlighting its unique “open-air” driving experience.

GranCabrio Folgore: The Power of Electric Elegance

Another highlight of the stand is the GranCabrio Folgore in Bianco Astro. This model combines the elegance of a four-seater convertible with an all-electric powertrain. With a top speed of 290 km/h, it currently holds the title of the world’s fastest electric cabriolet. The Folgore (lightning) version blends luxury, performance, and comfort with refined electric power. Its fabric roof can be operated at speeds of up to 50 km/h.

Grecale Lumina Blu: An Exclusive Benelux Premiere

Maserati Grecale Lumina Blu Special Series

Making its Benelux debut, the Maserati Grecale Lumina Blu is a striking special series. It pairs an exclusive design with a comprehensive technology package for a refined travel experience.

  • Exterior: The Night Interaction blue paint creates a sharp contrast with 21-inch Pegaso wheels, yellow brake calipers, and a yellow Trident logo on the C-pillar.

  • Interior: Premium Chocolate leather meets open-pore wood finishes.

  • Performance: Powered by a 330 HP 2.0-liter mild-hybrid turbo engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and AWD.

Grecale Folgore: Electric Efficiency Reimagined

The second Grecale on display, the Grecale Folgore, emphasizes Maserati’s fully electric performance in the premium mid-size SUV segment. The Model Year 2026 version features a significant range boost, now reaching up to 580 km (WLTP) thanks to the new AWD-Disconnect system. This system allows the front motor to decouple for maximum efficiency. The model is showcased in Verde Royale with a Ghiaccio interior from the Fuoriserie collection, demonstrating that extensive personalization is now accessible across the standard range.
