Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), represented in Turkey by Borusan Otomotiv, has announced the results of its 2024 European Importer Awards. Borusan Otomotiv has once again earned the prestigious Best Importer with Network title for the third consecutive year in the European Region.
Thanks to its outstanding performance throughout 2024, the company also received awards in the following key categories: Best in Sales, Best in Marketing, and Best in Customer Care. In addition, Borusan Otomotiv was awarded second place in Retailer and Service Network Management. Another significant achievement came from Borusan Oto North Cyprus, which, for the first time in its history, received the Best Importer without Network award.
Borusan Otomotiv CEO Hakan Tiftik expressed his pride in receiving these honors, especially being recognized as Best Importer for the third year in a row. He stated:
“The evaluation across the European Importer Region (EIRO), which includes 32 countries, is based on nearly 50 critical success factors—covering sales, marketing, aftersales, customer relations, dealer development, and training. These results once again validate the accuracy and impact of our efforts as Borusan Otomotiv Group.”
Tiftik further emphasized that surpassing major markets such as Sweden, Norway, Poland, Ireland, and Switzerland to achieve the highest score is a strong testament to the company’s longstanding success and expertise in managing modern luxury brands.
He concluded:
“It’s especially meaningful that our North Cyprus office also claimed the Best Importer without Network award for the first time in its history—doubling our joy.
